These terms govern your use of TABtovch (tabtovch.mobi). Please read them carefully. By registering or placing a bet you agree to them.
1. Who we are
TABtovch is operated by Racing and Wagering Western Australia, 114 Hasler Road, Osborne Park, Western Australia 6017. ABN 21 347 055 603. We hold wagering licence No. 5521/2023/WB and are regulated by the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia.
2. Acceptance of these terms
You accept these terms when you register an account, deposit funds or place a bet. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must be physically located in Australia and a resident of Western Australia where required by law.
- Employees of Racing and Wagering Western Australia and their close associates may be restricted from holding accounts.
4. Your account
One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Do not let anyone else use it.
5. Identity verification
We are required to verify your identity, age and location. We may request documents at any time and may suspend account activity, including withdrawals, until verification is complete.
6. Deposits & withdrawals
Deposit using the methods we make available. In line with Australian law, credit cards may not be used for online wagering. Withdrawals are paid to a verified account in your name. We may carry out source-of-funds checks.
7. No inducements
Consistent with Western Australian law, we do not offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches or other inducements to open an account or to keep betting. Any communication that appears to offer such an inducement is not valid.
8. Inactive accounts
If your account is inactive for an extended period we may contact you, apply an administration process, or close the account and return any balance in accordance with applicable law.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to manipulate markets, use automated tools, or infringe our intellectual property. We may suspend accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.
10. Bet rules & results
Bets are accepted subject to the rules for the relevant racing code or sport. Where official results are disputed, the result declared by the relevant controlling body applies. Markets may be suspended or voided in defined circumstances.
11. Obvious errors
Where a price or market is offered in obvious error (for example a clear pricing or entry mistake), we may void affected bets and refund stakes.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability for loss connected with the service is limited to the extent permitted by law.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
14. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account where required by law, our licence, or these terms. Any verified balance will be returned in accordance with applicable law.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
17. Complaints & disputes
