You stay in control with deposit, loss and wager limits, reality checks, take-a-break (cool-off) and self-exclusion through BetStop. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising or removing it takes effect only after a 7-day cool-off period and re-confirmation. See Responsible Gambling for the full set.

Activity statements. You can view and download a statement of your deposits, wagers, wins, losses and net position from your account at any time.
Betting rules
Betting rules. Bets are settled according to our Betting & Settlement Rules, which cover how markets are resolved, abandoned and postponed events, dead heats, protests and obvious pricing errors.
Payments
Payments. Accepted methods are Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, PayID, BPAY and bank transfer. Credit cards are not accepted. Deposits are usually instant (BPAY and bank transfer may take 1–2 business days). Withdrawals are paid only to a verified Australian bank account in your own name and are processed within 1–3 business days; the first withdrawal may take longer pending identity verification (KYC). Minimum amounts and any limits are shown at the time of the transaction.
Account closure
Account closure. You can close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Any remaining balance is returned to your verified bank account after required checks. Dormant accounts are handled as set out in our Account Closure & Withdrawals page.
Complaints
Complaints. If something goes wrong, contact us first on 1300 36 36 88 or at complaints@tabtovch.mobi. We acknowledge complaints within 1 business day and aim to resolve them within 10 business days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia as set out on our Complaints & Dispute Resolution page.

Replies are issued during Australian business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AWST, which is 11:00 am to 7:00 pm AEST or 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm AEDT), excluding Western Australian public holidays.
