TABtovch is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years or older and located in Australia to open an account, deposit or place a bet. Protecting children from gambling is something we take seriously and the law requires.
1. Strictly 18+
It is against the law for anyone under 18 to gamble, and against the law to allow them to. Our age gate, registration checks and identity verification all exist to keep minors out. There are no exceptions.
2. How we verify age
- Every visitor must confirm they are 18 or over before entering the site.
- At registration we collect your date of birth and verify your identity against independent data sources — see Identity, AML & Source of Funds.
- If age cannot be confirmed electronically, we request documentary proof before betting or withdrawals are allowed.
- Accounts we identify as belonging to a person under 18 are closed immediately and any deposits returned in accordance with law.
3. Betting for a minor is an offence
It is an offence to open an account, deposit or place a bet on behalf of a person under 18, or to let a minor use your account. Doing so can result in account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Advice for parents & guardians
- Keep your login details, cards and devices private — never let a child see you log in.
- Use a password or biometric lock on shared phones, tablets and computers.
- Talk to children and teenagers about the risks of gambling.
- Install parental-control or content-filtering software on devices children can access.
