Consistent with Western Australian law, TABtovch does not offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, bonus bets, refunds, "money-back" specials or any other inducement to open an account, to deposit, or to keep betting.
1. Our promotions position
We do not run sign-up bonuses or inducement-style promotions. There is no welcome offer, no "bet $X get $Y", and no loyalty scheme designed to encourage you to bet more. The price you see is the offer.
2. Why no inducements
Inducements to gamble are restricted under Western Australian law and the National Consumer Protection Framework because they are associated with gambling harm. As a licensed WA operator, Racing and Wagering Western Australia does not use them. We believe wagering should be entertainment you choose freely — not something you are pushed into by an offer.
3. Beware of impersonators
Because we never offer bonuses or free bets, any message, email, SMS, social-media post or website offering a "TABtovch bonus", "free bet" or "deposit match" is not from us and may be a scam. Do not share your login details or payment information. If you receive something like this, please report it to support@tabtovch.mobi.
4. If a genuine offer is ever run
Should we ever run a promotion that is permitted by law (for example, a non-inducement informational or community activity), it will always:
- Be published on this page with full, clear terms and an effective date.
- State exactly who can take part, what is involved, and any closing date.
- Contain no misleading, exaggerated or "guaranteed win" claims.
- Carry our standard responsible-gambling messaging and be open to people 18 and over only.
